they do have out a repair kit ,,,, has the fuel quick disconect 90 and fuel line with a brass you slip the two plastic tubing over,,, heat the tubing to make more flexiable
and when cools draws tight ans seals,,, if too hot will melt hole,,,
they say to heat hot water but hard to do the fuel line on truck
hot air gun or hair dryer might be better,,,

I went to the Dorman Products website and nothing came up for that #. Did a search and only thing they have for the fuel system is the filler neck.

uhh just more problems lol, i made a rubber hose piece that i clamped on the fuel line just for now. Than i got every thing back up and i go to prime the fuel pump a couple times then i looked underneath it was leaking like a siv so i looked a my fuel line and it was cracked in two places. so i went to the dealership and attempted to order a direct fit fuel line that would fit. what a mistake that was lol the guy was on the computer for like 10 mins trying to figure out the diagram and to see what line i need so we finally figured everything out. Then he goes on to tell me that they do not make that fuel line any more and he cannot order it. so i left angry and pissed and i just ended up taking it to a shop and have them bend a new fuel line. but thanks for the help sorry i couldn't use it lol

Hmm, I bought a fuel line from a dealer for my 96 last summer.
I would have just made my own and saved $50, but I preferred a 1 piece to a 2, which is what you'd have to settle for doing it yourself.
I'd get under there and make sure they didn't install it half assed. Lines should be flared where they connect, no part of the fuel line should be in contact with the frame.

I went to NAPA the other day with two Dorman #'s. I measured my fuel line and it is 5/16 but not sure what's on the pump. They have one made by Dorman with their name on it. The guy looked it up but they are not vehicle specific. Make sure you know what sizes you have beforehand. Does anyone know what size the pump fitting is? I think it is also 5/16. NAPA didn't have one(fuel pump) to check it with. I have a hose also on mine because the fitting broke when i went to take it off when changing the fuel pump. Worked ok for about 8 months and then started to leak. I tightened the clamps but need to be replaced. Luckily my steel line ok.

if your fuel lines are that rusty, have the shop check the brake line too, i'd bet it's no better. I've used a fuel line repair kit with the quick disconnect for a 04+ Ford Crown Vic, it worked just fine.
