08 Ram question (hemi)

Just changed all 16 spark plugs. Went out to test drive. When I put it to the floor as soon as it changes into second gear it makes a sound like a small puff of air is coming from the engine somewhere??? It only does it when its petal to the metal. Never noticed it before I changed the plugs. Help please.

need some more info. sure its not the intake?

I bet that is exactly what it is. I had to take off the intake. Bet its not on tight enough

I have the same noise. Nothing has been done to my truck. It is still stock.
