Chrome bumpers and grille, nicer wheels, more power option, nicer interior materials, keyless entry, etc etc. The SLT has a lot more equipment.

It depends on options. An ST can have many options added, and as such can compare very similarly to an SLT. All depends on what it has. Some things are always different though; bumpers, grille, gauge cluster, etc. What you really need to do though is look hard at the sticker. An ST can be plain as can be, or can still be pretty nice like mine is.

I agree with inbred, it depends on the package. Mine is an ST and here are what I consider the big differences. Wheels are ugly unless you paint them black like the spare. The door handles and bumper cover are black plastic, which I like. There is no keyless entry. I thought I'd never get another car without keyless entry....but after a year, I'm comfortable with it and it's one less thing to go wrong! The instrument cluster is not as sophisticated and has fewer gauges. It still has has exterior temp and change engine oil digital displays. Mine has auto headlights, auto locks, auto up and down front windows, Sirius radio (which sounds pretty good). Has side airbags, heated mirrors, TPMS, MDS, etc. The seats are not power but I never adjust my seat so no big deal...

STs just need wheel upgrades, that's all! I know others have much sweeter trucks with all the fun options but at just over $20K for these very fast Hemi's I can definitely recommend the ST!!!!
