I came across this exploded view of the axles in my search for 5.13 gears.

Page 56 is the front axle and page 60 is the rear axle.

http://cumminsownerz.com/PDF/AAM-Breakdown.pdf

Found gear sets for the 9.25 front axle, but not of the 10.5 rear axle.

Also found 5.13's for the 11.5. Nothing for the 10.5.

Nice find Russ! Now all I need is the exploded view of the rest of the truck...What I really need is an OEM service manual, IMO there is really not much point in cheaping out on a haynes manual, or other crappy manual. I hate it when I come across something that I need to get apart but it isn't shown or explained in the manual that I'm working from.

Wasn't this discussed before that the 5.13s can't fit in the 10.5" rear? It sounds familiar.

FYI, FWIW, and I'm not sure if this was ever posted, but I found a PDF of the 2006 Dodge Ram service manual (includes Diesel and Ram SRT10). I uploaded it to SendSpace, a free file storage site. Go to the following link for the download.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/j12l45

The password for the zipfile is acemanmct (all lowercase).

I found the 2005 file, but it was corrupt. I tried to repair it but no luck.

Read about a couple of guys talking about using the GM AAM 10.5, 5.13 gear set in the Dodge AAM 10.5 housing. BUT I can't get no other information on it. So far I found 5.13's for the Dodge front 9.25 AAM axle, and for the 11.5 AAM rear axle. And for the GM 10.5 AAM rear axle. I tried to cross part numbers with a different ratio between the Dodge and GM 10.5 with no luck.

I spent a little time searching, but I didn't find much. Some of the results that came up were actually our posts in this thread other threads in DT.

Due to any possible copyright infringements, I pulled the link. Sorry if anyone wanted it but didn't grab it while it was up. There is a copyright clause in the DT posting guidelines section. I thought JUST IN CASE this falls under those guidelines, (it's kind of a gray area), I should pull it.

PM me if you have any questions.
