04 caravan sliding door won't open

Can someone help I can't open passenger sliding door. I pull on the lock it won't open. The other doors lock and unlock just the passenger sliding door won't unlock.

I had this problem on our 2004 and it turned out to be a bad power door lock actuator. You will have to remove the trim panel to access it, The good news is that you do not have to have the door open to remove the trim panel. The bad news is that part is a dealer only part and costs about $120

Before you pull anything apart, check your child proof lock settings first.
