04-08 HEMI Ram Needed to Develop TURBO!

Our Friend Tim at NORTH COAST TURBO SYSTEMS (maker of the IEMS3) is in need of an 04-08 HEMI Ram. They're going to be developing a TURBO kit for the HEMI Rams!
It'll be tuned with the IEMS3. This will be a GREAT opportunity for some lucky person.

Now this is cool. How long do they thing production will take? They have the tuning figuired out it looks like, so I cant imagine it taking long to fabricate all the tubing and such.

Why is it that the jeeps have so much going for them?

This is for a ram. He just posted about the jeep to show what this kit is capable of.

That was an SRT-8. All the SRT vehicles have a solid aftermarket behind them.

Man I would love to help out on this. Too bad my truck is a daily driver.

I would need the vehicle for about four weeks (estimate). Keep in mind, initial pieces must be created usually from individual bends welded up to create the initial piping sections. Then the sections must be removed, dimensions taken, new sections bent on the bender, each piece trial fitted, once final pieces are bent, then jigs must be made for any hangers, special welds etc, then final pieces must be fitted once again to verify production pieces. So it takes a little bit of time and work.

Then all the rest of the components must be installed to complete the installation, then tested and tuned.

There are two ways this can work, we can provide our normal prototype discounts of the initial system, plus the individual would get a free installation which normally runs $1000 - $1200 depending on model, plus testing and tuning (if iEMS3 is used). Overall individual saves about $2500.

OR

I can simply pay a flat fee to the owner simply to use the vehicle for pattern fitment and return it to the owner stock. In this case, the vehicle is never ran with the turbo on it.

You guys with an 03, we are not going to leave you out of the mix, I need to look at one to see if there are any specific differences. The iEMS3 does not care what year it is, it can tune it.

Thats great news, and a great opportunity for 1 lucky ram owner. I cant wait to see what you guys come up with...especially after seeing what that Jeep put down on the dyno.
