Stereo Color Codes for 99 Durango

I need The CORRECT COLOR CODES for my 1999 Dodge Durango, i dont think i have any infinity speakers, so im not having problems producing sound, its when ever i switch on my headlights my pioneer stereo turns off and i have no idea where to connect my remote control starter for my kicker amp, i know for sure ive hooked it up but im still having a situation with the headlights turnin on, any ones 2 cents will be helpful i just got my dodge 4 days ago and im just tryin to trick this baby out

ok, that sounds like a electrical problem somewhere due to the fact that the headlight switch should have nothing to do with your radio. ( But I could be wrong) As for the turn on (not remote control starter) it should be the blue wire coming from the wiring harness off the back of your pioneer deck. That part I do know, as for the headlight thing maybe someone else has had the problem and help you out

I'm guessing you didn't ground the radio so it's getting it from the illumination wire which becomes + once you turn on the headlights (when they're off the radio is drawing current through the bulbs to ground).

the remote turn on for your amp gets hooked to the wire labeled remote on your headunit. its a blue/white wire. check to make sure you didnt cross a wire somewhere. your dimmer wire is designed to dim the lights on your factory stereo. aftermarket stereos don't usually have that option, so if you hooked a wire to it, odds are its "dimming" your power, thus turning off.
