I'm at a loss then? Perhaps you didn't bleed them enough and there's still some air in the system.

MANUAL BLEEDING

Use Mopar brake fluid, or an equivalent quality fluid meeting SAE J1703-F and DOT 3 standards only. Use fresh, clean fluid from a sealed container at all times.

1. Remove reservoir filler caps and fill reservoir.
2. If calipers were overhauled, open all caliper bleed screws. Then close each bleed screw as fluid starts to drip from it. Top off master cylinder reservoir once more before proceeding.
3. Attach one end of bleed hose to bleed screw and insert opposite end in glass container partially filled with brake fluid. Be sure end of bleed hose is immersed in fluid.

NOTE: Bleed procedure should be in this order (1) Right rear (2) Left rear (3) Right front (4) Left front.

4. Open up bleeder, then have a helper press down the brake pedal. Once the pedal is down, hold the pedal down while closing the bleeder. Repeat bleeding until fluid stream is clear and free of bubbles. Then move to the next wheel.
5. Before moving the vehicle verify the pedal is firm and not mushy.
6. Top off the brake fluid and install the reservoir cap.

If your ABS got air in it you will need a Dealer to bleed, you need to be hooked up to the computer to do it.

Did the master cylinder go low when you first started to bleed them? If so you pushed Air into the aBS

Unless you plan to bleed the brakes or remove the calipers for whatever reason, simply changing the pads and rotors should be the same as any other vehicle, ABS or not.

changing rotors and pads will not require you to bleed the brakes at all.

But you should Brake fluid brakes down over time and it will absord moisture. moisture gives you a spongy brake pedal and corroads the lines. The fluid in your calipers has gotton hot & cold hundreds of times. Do your self a favor flush the lines with brake fluid.

Very easy to do. Get a turkey baster and 1-2 qts of brake fluid.
1.Suck out as much brake fluid as you can from the master cylinder.
2.DONT GET IT ON THE PAINT.
3.Fill the master cylinder with fresh brake fluid.
4.Bleed the pass rear, then drivers rear, pass front, then drivers front.

CHECK THE MASTER CYLINDER often don't let it get low.

Bleed each line till fresh fluid comes out.
some try to get a different color fluid so they can tell.

I like to undo the bleed screws when I compress the caliper piston so the old fluid comes out and doenst go back up the line.

Hang it from a tree by the tow ball with a good strong rope and slit her line right behind the master cylinder. She will bleed out in about 10 minutes.

you could try to get a pressure bleeder (Motive Power Bleeder) and try to force the air out but yea if the abs has air you'll need the dealer or your local shop that has the right computer to do it.
