Torque Specifications for Differential Cover

Anybody know whats the torque required to tighten down the cover for a 98 1500 v6? Im thinking its the same as my 3rd gen, but want to be safe.

Differential Cover Bolts 30 - Ft. Lbs.

Can't say ive ever torqued a diff cover, mind you done so many just got the feel for it by now, But ya everyone here is right 30ftlbs

Same. I use the German torque spec. Goot-n-tight

1996 5.2 4x4
-Airaid Intake
-Summit 3 inch duals/Magnaflow SIDO muffler

I use the spot torque method....

Torque it until you see spots...

Thanks for the comments guys, but I already swaped out the fluid on Sunday and torqued the bolts at 30ft. lbs.

lol good ole thread stretcher method. If that dont work ya go till ya hear a snap then off a 1/2 turn.works every time.
