Hi, Im trying to help my son fix his 854x. His power windows wont work. I have tested the relay and its ok. Neither side is actuating. Am I missing another relay? Connection? Where should I look first?

the motor might be burned or or the gears borken they are plastic buy a new motor and hook it up. If it dosen't work take it back. If it is the motor youwill need to drill out the old rivits that hold the motor in place and replace them with nuts and bolts give yourself 1 day and dont get fustrated with busted knuckles its a tight squeeze

The gear the turns inside the motor is made of plastic. I found out the hard way, take the door apart and drill out the factory bolts and inspect the gear and motor. Iff you have the cash replace the entire component or for a few bucks; get a new plastic gear for it. I fix mine 4 years ago and there doing fine

You can take a test light and probe the wires going to the door before you take the door apart if you got power when you hit the switch it is more than likely the motor but if you dont have any power work your way back to the fuse block.
