I have searched for quite a while trying to find what fuse to pull in the underhood fusebox of my 2002 4.7 so I can reset the PCM. I tried #23 but the engine still turned over, I don't want mess anything up. Was the fuse # on the 2002's different? I KNOW the procedures, just want to pull the proper fuse. Can someone please indulge my ignorance for a moment. THANKS!

Yep, it's #19. I've never even tried to start my truck with the fuse pulled. Just turn the key to on and wait until the two "dings" happen.

ANYONE else got any ideas? I pulled #19 AGAIN, went in turned the key to run, waited for the chimes to stop, then heard a 3rd chime and the check engine light came on. Turned the key off, reinstalled the fuse, then started the truck. It started fine but ran @1500RPMS for a while then to 1700?? I shut it down and looked over everything and it seemed OK. Left it alone for a while then started it again and took it for a drive and it idle OK then and ran fine ????

Did you connect the seatbelt? If not, then that would explain the three chimes. Connect the seatbelt and then do the fuse 19 routine. See if that only brings up two chimes.
