900mhz wireless RF headphones

Help,
I am going on a 22 hr trip with three kids and only 2 headsets.
My stealer wants $175 for a single headset.
I have a 2003 Town & Country with the factory dvd system.
Has anyone been sucessfull in buying an off brand 900mhz headset and found that it works?
any help would be appreciated, I leave on Friday!!!

I can buy a 900 mhz wireless headphone here at a best buy I was just wondering if it will work?

I don't know and it looks like others don't either since there's no response. I just installed an 03 system in my wife's 01, but we haven't bothered to use the headsets that came with it.

Just trying to give you some options-- Don't stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, Radio Shack, etc. have easy return policies? Buy one and if it doesn't work, take it back.

yeah I just purchased 2 @ radio shack for $70, I am hoping that they will work.

No luck

Well the 900 mhz wireless rf headphones from radio shack didn't work.
I guess I am back to square one.
I suppose I shouldn't be so cheap and just fork over the $175.
It isn't worth the trouble figuring out.
