Body mount bolt torque setting

Hi everyone,

I am going to be installing a set of Nerf bars on my '06 1500. The bars attach by removing two body mount bolts, blah, blah, likely already know this part. The directions then state to torque the body mount bolts to spec, but give no number. Two questions: Is it necessary to torque these bolts and if so, does anyone no the torque spec?

The torque is 60 ft/lbs. I just installed a set myself, and did not bother to torque them. They should be ok just tightening up as much as you can. But not too too much!
