P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

If the plugs look fine and you replaced them and get the code again, replace the plug Wires, cap and rotor. Re-route the wires according to this TSB http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1998/18-48-98/18-48-98-v8.htm
Our trucks spark wires were not routed properly from the factory and they tend to rub and arc out on the engine. If you notice the engine misfiring, pop the hood and look for any light shows near the wires.
What year truck is it? How may Miles? It's probably time for a tune-up anyways.
Don't forget to reset your PCM after you change the plugs to clear the code. Disconnect the negative cable, and hold the key to start for 20secs and you should see some activity on the gauges. That means it's resetting.
