I could be wrong, probably am wrong, but I thought the 2 V10's were the same block just built out of different material. On second thought, the could be essentially the same block but have different bolt patterns for everything. I know I'm not much help, but If I'm wrong at least we'll both learn something

They are very few parts that are interchangable . Some people have put Viper heads on the Iron V10 but it is not a simple bolt on . The Viper motors Intake will not seal up the Iron's V10 valley pan area. The intake will also not let you use the brackets that hold your alt. and a/c compressor.Cams and Cranks will not interchange.

I think the heads are completely different. You might be able to do it but you would probably have to do a complete rebuild get new everything except for the block. The truck V10 pistons couldn't handle the rpm that the viper runs at. Might be easier to put a viper engine in it. If you do figure it out let me know.
