I'm just thinking that
1) baby oil is cheap
2) non-flamable

if you've got everthing sprayed down with WD-40, it wouldn't take much of a wire leaking to cause a fire. I DO carry a fire extinguisher, but would be completely happy if I never have to use it.

Quote:
I'm interested to see how the baby oil would work/look.
why? it would get sprayed off when the truck gets cleaned.

I meant as like a dressing for the undercarriage. Mine looks horrendous and I thought it might shine it up a little after I clean it. Maybe it won't, I dunno.

I didn't think the majority had the 360, I'm glad you all suffer with me at the pump. That still doesn't stop me from keeping my foot in the floor.

360 here. Only 88k miles, runs great. Planning a tune up for it. Getting 12.5mpg on my commute, which is all country roads, rolling hills, and some stop-and-go. Could be better, could be worse. 360's a d@mn good engine though.

I got a 5.9L 360 in mine.
When I was looking for a truck.
It had to have a 360 or I didnt bother with
anymore questions about the truck.
That was the first question I asked about the truck.

5.9 380 Horsepower crate engine here. I took off the single plane and put on an Eddies Airgap with a Holley Truck Avenger 670. It runs great and has for the last 5yrs./40k miles.

That must make a sweet-ass truck...if I built a modern dodge truck, I'd love a 4x4 Dak with 360.
