Searched the forums and couldn't find anything on my particular issue. Whenever my fuel gauge gets low, there is a high pitched squeal that seems to be coming from the rear of the van. It's quite loud--my kids tell me they can hear me coming down the street! It had been starting only when I get below a 1/4 of a tank, but yesterday, it started at 1/2 a tank. When I fill it up--it stops. Has anyone else had this problem? I know there is an easy solution--just keep the tank full, but I still wonder what could be causing this. Thanks!

Someone else told me the same thing--sounds like I'm going to buying a fuel pump!

Thanks for the response!

Unless it is a wheel bearing going out and the weight from a full tank of gas silences it......
Just a thought
