Newbie here, I have a 2002 B- Series Van, and I dont have any dash lights! All other lights work fine, possible headlight switch?

Thank you for the welcome..I did check all fuses, good there. The headlights are ok, if I could get my hands on a schematic, I could check power/grounds to the switch..know of any place where I could view one?

Try turning the headlamp knob all the way to the left, on my 93, if u turn the swith all the way to the right, it turns off the dome lights and the dash lights. I dont know if a 02 is the same or not?

Have you checked the big fuses under the hood?
They are in a covered buss the the engine side of the battery.
On my old '94 Voyager I had this happen on that along with the a couple of other things not working.
I blew a big green fuse on it because my fuse box inside the van had been loose under the dash and knocked it up against a steel beam under the dash.
You should be able to easily see if one of these are blown.
