I need to replace the balljoints on my 2001 1/2 ton 4x4 this weekend. Anybody know what to torque the castle nuts down to?

Depends on which front axle setup you have. Here's the specs for both:

216 FBI Axle

Lower Ball Stud 108 Nm (80 ft lbs)
Upper Ball Stud 101 Nm (75 ft lbs)

248 FBI Axle

Lower Ball Stud 190-217 Nm (140-160 ft lbs)
Upper Ball Stud 94 Nm (70 ft lbs)

Hope this helps.

Quite a few mods. Pretty fast and loud only when I want it to be. Needs painting.
