well, I thought I knew the problem but it may not be so. I got a pcm from a local salvage yard and it seems to have the identical problem!!! I checked the ground, ignition feed both are fine. The wire feeding the crank and cam sensors only has 2 volts to ground and it slowly rises but with the new pcm I charged the battery(interstate) and in two hours got to 3 volts. I am sure it is a weak transistor and I do have a spare now to confirm my suspicions. the pcms have identical numbers(56028435, which the dodge dealer says is a typo, should be 56028436 but both pcm's have same numbers so I am pretty sure they are correct). I put my scanner on it but it tells me it is not communicating). In any event I will try to heat it up with a hair dryer. The MIL still won't flash any codes but it did light up on the old one after it quit but stayed on. I wonder if it needs to be re-flashed. I disconnected the battery thinking it would reset but no luck. Any ideas on this? I am thinking that if I can get it to start it will somehow reset itself and relearn
