So today I was changing the transmission fluid in my truck and in the manual it said to check the bands. I turned a 11/16 nut that has a flat head slot in it. It is located under the flat filter and next to the filter that looks like an oil filter. I found out later searching the forum that my transmission does not have bands to tighten. I thought I got it turned back the way it was, but now that my truck is back together I have a clicking noise coming from the transmission. What was that screw and nut I turned and how do I correctly put it back in the position it needs to be in?
