ive had both...93 318 and a 94 5.9...and to be honest...the 318 would blow the doors off the 360...dont get me wrong my 360 would pull the camper easier but wouldnt even spin the tires....i like em both but would rather have a 318 for a toy
I have a 360 because that was what was under the hood of the most affordable white 4x4. The v10 was the next most affordable option when buying trucks, but I knew it would have a larger price tag each month at the pump.
i got a 97 dodge ram 360 but i dont know wat the deal is it runs great 132k on it and 9inch lift with 36inch tire posi and it wont burn out on the pavement is it because of the size of tires
I beleive they are. I think the 5.2 cam is more aggressive tho. But not spinning the tires at all? I think the gearing you have should be able to let you spin them.
Just bought another 95 ram 1500 360 2wd 230k..that engine lasted long as hell, head cracked due to thermostat being stuck. Will be a parts truck but will also be my next DD in the next 5 months.
