Some questions

1st: How can I get more flex out of the RAM?
2nd: will a Dana 60 80 from a 2500 just bolt in?
3rd: Any mods to me the interior make less rattle noise?
I know I have to fix my problems first but I would like to know this info so I can fix/mod it all in one shot

also pillow stuffing as strange as that sounds.
i stuffed the rear of the cab under the window, the side panels at the back of the cab where the seat belts bolt to and some of the roof.
i also have sound deadener in the doors, back of the cab, and some of the roof. 4 10's make a lot rattle so i tried to tone down as much of that as i could

96 short box regular cab
323, 42lb cobra injectors, MSD 6-BTM, 52mm TB, mopar air gap intake, custom made turbo headers, fully forged bottom end, h-beam rods, bullet cams custom grind cam, edelbrock heads, 78/75mm turbo, snow water meth
tuned by flyin ryan!
5/7 drop
blow through with 4 fi bl 10's, crescendo BC5500 amp, double din ,big 3, 3 monster batteries, 220 amp alt
3rd gen steering wheel and auto window conversion

For more flex, you will need to get a long arm conversion for the front.

DT Pro Fab makes a really nice Boxed Long arm kit. I hear it works well. I would check them out also

a dana 60 will increase the load and abuse parameters, not increase your suspension travel.
drop out your sway bar. and feel the ride out then! A ROCK CRAWLER WOULD HAVE HORRIBLE STREET MANORS.
after all this is a four link front end. not independent front suspension. so how much more flex do you need to hit a pothole?

I want the Dana 60/80 because they are heavier duty. I do extreme off roading and eventually plan a 4 link in the front. I wheel it pretty hard and climb rocks. Mostly the Dana 60/80 for the ARB Lockers I ordered.

No rock crawler is ifs and it's a 5 link because it has a Trak bar. A triangular 4 link has 4 bars this technically has 5
