High beam diode

I was on the website and saw the high beam diode and was wondering if the driving lights stay on also with the highs and lows?

Mods: 2004 Ram - Superchips, Jet 180deg. stat, Mopar CAI, TES Headers, Magna-flow Catback with Y-pipe, 4.10 Gears, shift kit, Sonnax Line Booster, 2800 rpm Edge Torque Converter (awesome), Franks Sidewinder cam, a 75 shot of nos and a hot wife riding shotgun!
