Welcome to DT!

I'll move this to the Dakota section. There you should get move input and more members seeing your thread. In the past, the JBA Header were the favorite but I haven't seem new threads in the Dak section about the upgrade.

If you start a thread, be responsible and post the final outcome.

I don't know if they are the best, but i have Gibson Headers on my 04. I have the magna-flow exhaust and the K&N CAI as well. No issues with the set up. In cab noise will increase significantly, loud drone noise at 1700-1800 rpm, which just happens to be where my truck stays at with the cruise set on the highway. I put dynamat throughout the cab and it helped allot. still a little loud though.

Not sure what is your objective but have you considered the FlowTech 91945-1FLT?
