07 3.5L V6 Charger Odd starting delay and car jerk

Hello I have a 2007 rwr charger and I've had a problem starting it since I've bought it, I didn't know it had a starting problem until a couple days later, it starts every time, but half the time the start up sounds very weak and it takes longer to fire up, it will click about 8-12 times about half the time before firing up, also when I put in in drive from park after start up it almost jerks a little bit and the Rpms go up and down,
My check engine light is on, it says o2 sensor and RGR.
Does a bad O2 sensor ever have these problems
Could by fuel filter/fuel pump be bad

RGR or do you mean EGR? O2 sensors do go bad over time, usually fairly high mileage.
