There is a slot under the hood over each fender that you need to get into for the headlights....there is an adjustment screw in there somewhere.

For the fogs, there is a "wheel" on the under side of the housing that you need to turn. Don't make the mistake of trying to use a flat blade screwdriver to turn it, there is a Phillips head screw inside a hole just above the wheel where you can turn the adjustment wheel VERY easily.

No problem...I had to adjust my fogs after I had a level kit installed so I was able to find the "easy" way to do it without ruining that wheel. I'm going to have to re-adjust them again anyway once I get my HIDs installed.

Yeah, the hole in the fender for the headlight adjustment requires a Torx 20 I believe. Get a flashlight and look in there...you'll see it.

At first they were strobing so i regrounded the relay and no more strobing. The low tire pressure light pops up for a few seconds when the hids fire up but cbrenn71 told me its common on the 4th gens

I too get the "low tire" sensor when i kick on my morimotos or HID fogs. I've been mostly happy with mine, had them almost two years now. Mostly just wiring and moisture issues that weren't really anyone's fault, just a pain. I swear my projectors aren't as bright as they were the day I got them though! Anyone else notice this with an older kit..?

One other problem common on the 2009 - 2012 Rams when using HID's is complete TIPM Failure. I had them installed on my 2009 Ram and my 2011 they work great for about 6-8 months then the problems start.
