To bad for him I'm looking to buy an 8 speed Hemi too.

That's funny!! That's like all the people who bought the newest iphone a week before the next gen was released.

How're you finding the driving quality of the 2013? I like my 2012, but have heard that the 2013 model can be a bit loud at times and have some issues with ride stability on long-hauls.

Just did a 950 mile round trip to Chicago and back. On the return we drove thru a lake effect snow storm for about 3 hrs and it drove great.

I stayed in 2WD the whole way without issue.

Stability and ride is very good. i would say better than my old 2010 sport.
The electric steering is lighter and makes it easier on the long hauls.
The seats are improved and very comfortable.

It is very quiet when going a steady 70mph. Got it into ECO on the flats no problem. Its still new so my milage is still getting better.

I wouldn't have dumped the 2011 for nothing less than a 2013 w 8pd. They have the 6psd 2013's all around here, but I'm like whats the point of that! I only had 2 problems with the 4G's, coil suspension, and last but not least, tranny. Not to say his decision was all bad, atleast he has air-lift suspension system. He should have asked for your advice...

Buttom line, big up's to all that didn't go chevy, tundra or ford.

You know though unless he tows a lot with fairly heavy loads for a half ton (or in hilly terrain) if he just gets a quality aftermarket converter and a good tuner that can also do the transmission adjustments its not a bad setup. (The Hemi A6 vs the A8 that is)
