Noise in 07 5.9

Took my 07 5.9 to shop had overhead done they put it on lift said clutch was coming apart.changed clutch but noise is still there.has ticking noise if your standing next to truck sounds like its coming from rear of motor but if stand in front sounds like lifters running about 40psi oil pressure at idle noise isn't continuous dont believe its a rod knocking, it doesn't miss,and runs good
