You guys are keeping your trucks nice and clean so guys like me have donor parts for my beast. I'll need a new drivers side on my truck in the next few years.

Clean?

I do admire folks that keep their trucks clean, unfortunately I'll never be one of those people.I'm a stickler for maintenance but as for the body paint I figure when I can no longer look at the trail induced scratches I'll just line-x the dam thing and go worry free.Trying to keep it shiny takes the fun out of using it.
Great trucks by the way.

I'll admit that I can not stand to leave my Power Wagon dirty. It just nags at me until I have to clean her up. It is not immaculate, but I can't leave her dirty.

I use a degreaser (have tried several, most recently Simple Green), rinse the engine compartment and then take it to a nearby self service car wash where I use the low pressure spot free rinse so that I don't get water spots. Next I use Pinnacle Crystal Mist Detail Spray for the painted surfaces and 303 Protectant for the plastic and rubber components. It takes about an hour.

Now THAT'S how you clean a Dodge 4x4 !!!

Of course, the hard part is hanging them up to dry.
