i like it. by the time they were done it turned out to be about 2500-2600
helps the turbo spool. from a dead stop it spools by about 2500. with a boosted launch at the current 3psi setup it has no problem roastin the tires. spools great with the high stall torque. driving around it feels alot different. driveability around town isnt affected much. it does rev higher then normal at low cruising speed but its nothing that creates any problems. i had a local shop build it for me so it no big name brand or anything but it seems to be holding up great.

still waiting on a tune. getting fed up with this guy.
boost gauge is on its way back. im on number 5 now...... he said the digital ones dont work with my altitude. so im getting a analog one. out of my 4 gauges im going to have one ugly plain analog gauge...... oh well.. as long as it works

im working on my cutout right now. but i have heard nothing but bad things about the 3 bolt header flanges blowing out gaskets really fast.
does anyone know a good gasket thats going to last and not leak? its going to be taken on and off a couple times so i want something durable.

i here about this all the time. fallowed a few other guys with the nagging header to head gasket leaks. then i had the same problem. my headers have been quiet since the remflex gasket install. i suppose the collector flanges will work just the same. over & over they are reusable.

i have heard of them. i have a small header leak so i was gonna look into them. but thats a good idea for collector gaskets. ill end up getting one for the header and one for the collector. since im only using one cut out i will have a spare just incase

if you have the program to modify the fuel trim, couldn't you just make some easy 1/4 miles passes and watch the A/F guage?
did something similar when finalizing the tune on my challenger. datalogged a pass, made adjustments, repeat. awesome looking build by the way. I was contemplating forced induction on my old 97 before I sold it.

came off a 94 or 95 12 valve cummins. it was in a suburban. the guy was finishing up his swap but wanted the hx35 so i picked this up for dirt cheap. peeled it apart cleaned it up bought some new internals and slapped it back together.
