Without the sway bar, the vehicle will have excess chassis roll that compresses the outside suspension and tire and causes the inside tire to go into droop. But that is really pushing the truck.. possible I guess.

Mine's off, the ride is so much better without it. It finally let's the IFS do its the, letting it move independently. Yeah it sways alot more, but bumps don't feel nearly as harsh without it. Plus, way more flex

I'd took off the sway bars on my Dakota when offloading, only. Back on the road and I hooked it back up. The back end sway bar worked wonders for the drifting. I'd wire them up to frame, since I didn't have the PW setup.

I wanna beef up my sway bars for less body roll more performance. If i do so will the truck ride rough? I thought all it did was combat body roll?

It will soften the ride a bit, and increase body roll if you remove it.

Getting a beefier bar and links will probably transfer slightly more bumps to the body due to the fact the thr bar is cconnected to the frame and suspension. It wont make suspeension stiffer but will def control body roll. You make think.the.suspension is stiffer bc you may feel more of the road
