Buying a Ram SRT-10... where to look?

Like the title says. I'm looking to buy an SRT-10. Where should I look to buy one for a good price? I'm looking for used with a decent amount of miles. Most of the trucks don't have more than 50,000 miles, but that's about the amount of miles I would cut off at.

I'm looking for a 2005, preferably in black, but I could do red.

I live in Grapevine, Texas. So the Dallas/Ft. Worth area is where I'm looking.


Anyone have any sites or recommendations? Maybe you have one for sale?

I own a Daytona and know where to check for the cosmetic stuff. I know most of the things to look out for, but you SRT guys...
what are the areas you would recommend I check?
Where should I look for trouble?
What are your no compromise items?

My friend has one. No compromise= losing. He hasn't really had any problems.

Check it all , top to bottom , inside & out. One commom issue ( with all SRT10's ) is the crappy factory oil feed lines start leaking , a little residue is normal. Don't know if you're looking at Q/C or R/C , but it seems the Q/C auto's have more tranny problems , then again , if they get abused.. who knows. I drove 600 miles to buy my 04 R/C SRT10 , & drove it home with no issues. Only problem I have had is the stock RB4 CD/Nav unit died , that's about it. Good luck on your 10 hunt!

i have a 04 for sale for around $20000 up here in canada with around 30000 miles on it. they are an awesome truck but my cd disc changer also just buggered up, and had to replace the engine cooler lines with some made up at the john deere dealer
