AHHHHH crap! right when im lookin at alarms, i come across this 15 days too late!
 any good deals going on right now? im looking for an alarm/remote start...preferably the one above. how hard is it to install yourself? what other options can u get with this alarm other then the remote start?

how much would a local place charge for install (thinking of getting it from you and install at a shop or just doing it locally to see where i can cut corners)

we charge $250 for an outside unit like that but keep in mind CA $ is always more $ .

Do you still have any DT alarm specials. I am thinking I need to get one with remote start soon. The 2 way lcd pager is a nice feature, whats an installed price?

I am interested in the degree of difficulty for an average guy like me with a general knowledge of car electronics.
My 2002 Ram currently has keyless entry. I don't really need the remote start, it will just add to the "bling" factor.  -Mike |

Kinda off topic but where can I find a heavy duty(if they make one) 2way remote for I believe a viper alarm? I have replaced mine once and and need to replace it again before too long due to the fact the stupid battery cover keeps breaking? I thought I would ask here since you guys deal with this stuff, thanks in advance.

bringing this back from the dead. lol
on these alarms, we loose the option of just opening the driver door with one click, and the rest with another click, right? at least, that is what happened to me with mine.
