Finally! a tranny that will handle a built engine!

Inertia is proud to offer the Paramount Performance 545RFE transmissions.

Finally, the primary unaddressed weak link in the performance hemi trucks has a solution. The 545 RFE tranny. We are now offering the Paramount Performance 545 RFE transmission. It has the internals to handle the abuse that, previously, you couldn't pulloff such as WOT 2nd prime down shifts or full power in OD gears. Paramount Performance has taken care of that with this transmission. We've been monitoring the track record of this tranny for some time and are impressed enough with their track record that we can offer and stand behind this transmission. To this point we have not been sufficiently satisfied with any of the performance 545 tranny builds to make this step.

If your not farmiliar with Paramount Performance or Builder Bill. they are prolific in the LX hemi community with their excellent transmissions and driveline improvements. When the LX guys want to put 1000 HP to the drive line Bill and his company Paramount is who they turn to.

Bill now has the Paramount 545 beefed up to handle the abuse of built hemi engines, Strokers and Boost. He is putting a rating of 600 rear wheel on these but feels they will do a bit better. They also include a 1 year warranty.

This tranny has a modified valve body that has adjusted line pressures and shift firmness giving a strong performance shift and it is not recommended that the line pressure or shift firmness is adjusted with TCM programming.

Inerita is now offering the Paramount 545 tranny for $3350 with a core exchange. Currently were not charging an actual core but we do expect the old core back.

Yeh, Bill said from the initial 25 trannies that he had running he was yet to have a failure and didn't see the 2nd prime or OD gears being an issue.

My 6500rpm superchip shift 0 to 60mph video

Knock retard limitations by the pcm on a stock tune, it can pull:
15.0 degrees at low RPM's
5.0 degrees at 6000 RPM
9.0 degrees at 4800 RPM's.
