I don't recall seeing it in thread form. But it's really pretty easy. Just disconnect the coil trigger harness (per coil pack, on top of each plug), remove each coil pack with a 10mm socket. The plug sits beneath each coil. Use a spark plug socket to pull each one out (they're pretty deep down there).
Squirt a penetrating lubricant down each hole like PB BLASTER.Its the only stuff other than mystery oil that i know of that actually penetrates the threads.
Also put a good anti seize lubricant on the threads of the new plugs- for the next time!
