Hi,
I have a 350 B series dodge ram van and the gas gauge doesn't work. I've ran out of gas one to many times already (I try to keep track using the odometer but, I'm not always successful) anyway, I want to fix the gas gauge and am wondering if anyone could tell me how or perhaps have a page of the schematics for fixings this. Also, I just had the transmission replaced but, it hesitates until I punch the gas and it vibrates like all get out past 40mph. Any suggestions are welcomed. I may not know what your talking about but, I have a man that will and he WILL fix the problems are do without! :thatfunny

Thanks,

Here's a couple of fuel gauge schematics for your '85. Before you go and start checking wires, the first thing that needs to be checked is all the fuses, make sure the fuel gauge sending unit is plugged in at the tank, and that the grounding strap for the sending unit is still attached and/or present.
