Does anyone know the

I installed an RB1 and factory Sirius tuner in my 06 Grand Caravan. I am now adding a 6-disc changer (Model: P05094033AD). I used the Sirius installation kit (82207779) and have everything working except the changer. I believe I need the 10-way to 12-way harness, part 4869388AC, that connects the changer to the multiplexer. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks, Bill

I have a similar situation. I put the RB1 in my 05 ram 1500 QD. Then I installed the ipod integration kit. For Christmas I got the Sirius Satellite Kit. I took my truck to the my local dodge dealer and they installed the satellite for me and I asked them if there would be problems with the Ipod integration kit and they said no they both would work. When I picked my truck up the satellite worked but the ipod didn't. They then told me that I would need

Y-cable part # 5086643AA &
Mux box Part # 5059112AC.

They said that this is the same situation as having the satellite and the 6 disc changer.

I have yet to have this done because it's $121.20 for the Y-cable & $21.60 for the mux box. Then they said it would cost another $40 for labor.

I got everything to work last night. I would imagine your situation is similar, just replace my 6-disc with your Ipod as an Aux device. I bought Sirius install kit part 82207564, which was the Mux box and cables. This kit is specific to a Caravan, though, you probably need the Sirius install kit for a Ram. Everything connected fine, but I had to splice into the keyed cigarette lighter outlet to get power to the 6-disc changer.

Now all I have to do is figure out how to build a harness so the DVD changer can output video to my headrest monitors...

This is what it ended up looking like. I like how it came out.
