rear differential

just wondering where i would be able to get a rear diff and how would i install it would i need a new driveshaft for my 75 w-100 318

I gather your read end must be beyond repair if you want to change it

I would suggest the wrecker er the auto parts recyclers get the entire axle assembly

Just be sure you get the same rear end ratio

No need to get a new drive shaft - just put a new rear u-joint on if yours is of any age at all; if it is still good, just kook up your existing shaft to the "new" rear end unit

If the axle comes with the brakes and drums attached, you would be wise to do the btakes at the same time.
It it doesen't come with the brakes and your brakes are at all questionable, do a rear brake job while you areat it
