I was wondering if anyone has started working on any exterior mods, both minor and major. In two days time I will (hopefully) have a black perforated mesh in places of the grill (just took the grill off today and so the car is just waiting in the garage for the mesh to arrive). Hopefully I won't have too many problems getting the mesh on (don't have any experience with doing any kind of work like this, but it's all a learning experience). I'll get pics up by Wednesday (hopefully)!

Here's one with the ground affects kit. I think the grille needs to be changed to match the lower spoiler, but it looks ok. :rck:

I don't own a Caliber but my brothers GF does.
I was checking it out one day at my mothers house and couldn't help but notice that once the door was open there is alot of painted surface there to be scratched and knicked up from getting in and out of it!
I pointed this out to them and asked what they thought about getting the area sprayed with the Rino Liner! What do you all think of that idea? My bro and his GF seemed to think it was a nice idea. I beleive it would save on the paint and kick panel area.

Sounds pretty good, but I don't know how it would look. Looking at the rhino in my truck, I probrbly wouldn't take that route.
But I understand 3M makes someting clear that is supposed to be pretty nice.
I hear that deathscripture! It would have to be done right to look good. IF it was masked off and done neatly it may look alright. Don't they make that liner with flecks of color in it also? Another thing about it is the thickness, it may be to thick and the door may stick on it. Just thought Id run the idear by yun's. LOL later

I have been fabricating Durango/Ram/Magnum grills for the last 3 years. We did the first Caliber today (Nitro soon).
