Can you swap a srt-4 motor in a sxt? How hard is it? Will it just drop in. Any info or links to any info would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's been done. Don't personally have any other info for you though sorry.

Yes you can. Pretty hard. Not as easily as you probably think.

I think that should answer your above questions. Personally, I'd just sell your car and buy an SRT-4. Its cheaper than doing a swap, and then you'll have SRT-4 braking and handling as well, not just SRT-4 acceleration. Just my 2 cents.

scroll down to turbo kits and accessories. Those are complete, ready to install kits. you can also buy parts separately off ebay or elsewhere (turbo, manifolds, etc.), and then have someone fab up custom pipes and cooler lines. Theres really a lot to it, and i dont know all there is to know about turbocharging a non-turbo engine from scratch, I've never done it. I do know you'll also need a way to add extra fuel, and you'll want to save some cash to tune it up right when your all done. Putting a turbocharger on your stock engine is probably the best way to go if you just want to go fast for cheap. Stock internals wont hold more than about 220whp (6-7psi) though, so basically stock SRT-4 for power. If you think you need more power than that, or you want your car to handle like an SRT-4 as well, I still suggest selling your car and buying one of the few SRT-4's left on the market. It will be cheaper and probably more reliable in the long run. Good Luck.
