Go to autozone and rent the chrysler puller. Two jaw puller won't cut it. 3-jaw puller will, but you'll still need an insert that won't mess up the end of the crank or more importantly, the threads inside the crank.

You can use the big passenger side motor mount bolt and thread it in, it will stick out pretty far (you want it in as far as it will go or you'll damaged both sets of threads). You may need to punch the middle of it to keep the 3-jaw puller from sliding off. You can use a generic 5-ton 3-jaw puller. I bent the 3-ton one...
Best of luck!

It's a compression fit rather than a keyed setup like some cars have. First clue that it's just a pulley, not a balancer...
Getting it back on can be a pain as well, even more so. That passenger side bolt and a big stack of washers might come in handy - tighten, remove a couple of washers, tighten, etc. Don't know if heating up the stocker works as well as it does for an UDP. I didn't have to heat mine, just a little anti-seize and on it went (3 times now), never slipped in many, many miles...
Best of luck!

Nothing a sledge hammer won't take care of.
