I see all these CAI,Headers, CHIPS.Can any one prove these performance gains with real proof of HP gains on a dyno sheet? Stock Charger then with the add ons.I am not trying to be rude just want some proof besides seat of your pants. This can be accomplished with shift points not HP.

I have a dyno of when my CAI is put on but not of when it was stock and I had one of my exhust and CAI but my GF trashed it. From the numbers I have seen else where adn then to what I am getting is about 11 - 12 HP at the rear wheels. I have seen the sheets from LX forem that say they don';t do anything . I have talked to others that a CAI didn't help them a lot seems to depend on the engine. My Dyno is showing 289.9 RWHP and 321 RWTwith just the CAI, with the exhust and this was after driving the car for several hours before hand I was showing 291 RWHP and 323 or so RWT. When we are at the austin GTG next week I will have them reprint my dyno with the exhust change so I can get it posted.

Thanks for the info. Looking forward to seeing your results.I am still leaning toward port work, cam, headers and some timeing changes. These I am sure will produce HP. :D

yea one of the things I have heard from the ppl that have put a 6.1 cam in there ram is taht makes a big differance. Where are you from vector06? I do have the dyno from just the CAI mod in my garage profile. Maybe some one with a stock R/T will Dyno theres next week and willbe able to compair.

CAI by themselves will be a minimal gain except the fact that your gonna be bringin in some cooler air, which translates into a little juice. so if your planning on keeping your ride pretty tame in the performance department the chip would be the most beneficial. However if you are gonna go wild and do head work, cams, fun stuff like that the intake and headers are gonna make things flow that much better and in the end will help more with horsepower. In terms of a chip superchips does help with the hemi's, but if a great custom tuner comes out then that would be the way to go.
