parking break light in dash never lights up

I have a dodge caravan 2003 and when i press the parking break down the dash light never lights up. How can I fix this problem? All fuses are good.

Down by the foot pedal there is a switch , it's probably just misadjusted or the switch itself is bad . Never heard of one going bad though .

the switch is on the parking brake pedal

Have you had the van since new or did you get it used

There are two distinct possibilities:
the wire has come off the switch
the bulb is burned out
