Ive got a 96 Grand Caravan LE 3.8L w/41TE tranny...
When driving the speedometer flucuates around 20 mph or so back and forth,
and now all of a sudden it wont shift out of second gear, cananyone help on
this? :help:

You are in "limp-home" mode, the default setting for your vehicle when an important sensor is no longer supplying a signal. You most likely have a bad speed sensor. Not all that expensive to replace. It is external to the transmission, so no need for a rebuild.

No More.....thanks To The Advice By Gas28man By Changing The Sensors, The Problem Is Solved.
Went To The Dealer And Bought Both Sensors, Replaced Them And
Test Drove It ....bingo Problem Solved. It Cost Me Only 40 Bucks,
Compared To What I Would Spend Taking To The Shop.
