97 Grand Smog test AZ Ck eng lite

When I checked for My smog test I failed due to 3 things .. Ck engine lite not work? New bulb of fuse? I xcan't locate either and don't havea book dont know how to get to the bulb to replace it?

Code PO420 Catalytic System is below threshold (bank 1) Do ai need to replace Catalytic converter or is there a fix?

Code PO740 Torque Clutch Circuit?

Would appreciate any advice for these 3 problems I just bought the van
