Stability Expert Verde Rims

Hi,

i have a big problem.
I have found nice Rims(Verde Scorpion Gold)Size8x18 :)
and i have found a Dealer who will shipping to Germany.
But i need a Stability Expert or relase for Chrysler/Dodge Van
for German safety standard authority. :VHOT:
I have send a mail to "Verde" but no answer.

My car is a Chrysler Grand Voyager 2004.

Who can help my to receive the release or expert?
