Flashing lights

I have a 98 Caravan and the little idicator lights beside the buttons that activate the rear widow wipers are flashing. As a result the buttons that control the rear winoow,side mirror & most importantly the AC WILL*NOT WORK. Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem. I have already disconnected the battery in hopes of triggering a reset but that didnt work. The lights started to flash after I had to boost the van one cold morning to get it started.
