I have a 2002 Dodoge Caravan and not all time when I press my brake pedal it feels like the whole van shakes for a while and goes away when I give it gas. What can this be?

Warped front rotor(s). The severity of the shudder will vary, depending how heavily you press on the brake pedal and when you release the brakes the shudder goes away.
Have them replaced as soon as possible, because this will affect your anti-lock system.

I have had many chysler products over the years. All their brake rotors warp almost immediately.
My solution has been to get slotted (preferred) or drilled rotors with Hawk HPS pads. Your braking will improve dramitically and you will not have any warping.
Pair of front rotors are no more than $100 and Hawk pads are about $50 from tirerack

The next item would be the CV joints are worn, seems a stretch on a van so new but stranger things have happended.
Check your CV boots and make sure there not torn.

Check your tires. For whatever reason, I seem to have a hard time getting and keeping tires round on my van. I've had everything from Michelins to no-names over 316,000 miles, and I have yet to use up a set from just plain wear. It's always because one goes out of round due to a manufacturing defect. They usually replace them, pro-rated for wear.

warped drums on the rear can set up teeth chattering vibration as well

If you hit the brakes when the car is in park and you feel the shudder I would venture a guess to the power brake booster robbing a bit of engine vacuum and causing your car to shudder and shake.

I took it in today to the dealer and they coudn't find one wrong thing.
So, I'll guess I need to wait and see what else goes wrong!

If it obvious to them and they say they cannot find anything wrong, then they need to look further, there are only a few things that would cause this, tell them to actually open the hood and not just use their computer.
Get one of the older guys on it and I bet he finds the problem.

I had a problem with intermittent stalling, that yielded no codes, except for the 12, battery disconnected in last 50 startups. It was cured when I went to fix something else. I was going to disconnect the negative battery cable, and it came off in my hand. It had been loose for about a month. Roughly the time I let the kid at Auto Zone put in my new battery. Whaddaya know?
Check this possiblity out for your problem.
Good luck.

I've had the same problem with tires on the '97. The belts shifted on the front giving a vibration when braking.
