Ignition Key stuck/ van is in park

Hello. I have a 2001 Grand Caravan Sport. Yesterday van was put into part before fully stopped. Now the ignition with not fully turn to off and cant remove the keyu. The van will shut off and goes into park fine and shows it on the dash. Any help on how to rest the Automatic Transaxle Ignition Interlock system. In the owners manual it says if a malfunction occurs it will trap the key in the ignition. Just need to know what to do or how to get this fixed.

Pull the negative battery cable for five minutes. Reattach and you should be in business.
